The  project  advocates  for  increased  participation  of  Persons  with  Disabilities  in  gainful employment both formal and informal.   Funded by Oxfam Novib/Voice, the project approach is capacity building of Persons with Disabilities and employers/owners of productive resources on inclusion of People with Disabilities.
